Annual Meeting of the Membership

There will be a meeting of the Membership on Sunday, April 10th.
A hotdog lunch will be served at 1:00 PM. The meeting is from 2:00 to 3:30PM

Agenda:

  • Vote on Proposed Bylaws
  • Discuss general club and Park Avenue house business
  • Nominate and elect 2011-2012 SFC Board

As %51 of membership need to be present for a vote to be held all members are encouraged to attend.

There will be a meeting of the Membership on Sunday January 9th at 2 pm. On the agenda this day will be voting on the proposed bylaws, including absentee voting.
