Summit Fellowship Club

Membership:

• Applications are available at the club.
• Dues are $10 per month. (The first month's dues are waived.)

House Rules:

1. Responsibilities of each Member:
   1. Conduct yourself in an orderly manner. Wear a shirt, shoes and suitable clothing.
   2. No lying on couches. Absolutely no sleeping overnight.
   3. If you bring in food and drink, clean up before you leave. If you smoke, empty your ashtray in the metal cans, not the wastebaskets.
   4. Each member has a responsibility to help keep the club clean and orderly at all times.
2. Plans for activities to be held at the club must have approval from the Board of Directors.
3. Nothing may be attached to the bulletin boards or placed on the walls without the permission of the House Committee.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME.
5. POSITIVELY NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
   Any member 12th Stepping someone will have full responsibility for the person and will stay with the individual.
6. Keyholders are not permitted to loan their keys to anyone.
7. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. No non-member is allowed in the club without a member present.
8. It is every Member's responsibility to help enforce the rules of the Summit Fellowship Club.
9. This is your club. Use it. Be proud of it. Maintain it. Keep in mind what its purpose is!
